"Long Island Strive has made an enormous difference in my 24 year old son’s day. He attends several classes there 2x a week and it is well worth the 50 minute commute from Huntington. Classes that are exercise based have aided in his 60+lbs weight loss. Classes in the community have helped him socialize and connect with other young adults.
